“Ahavah” means “love” in Hebrew, the main original language of the Bible’s Old Testament. At Ahavah, our mission is to provide quality care to children as we strive for every child who comes to our Centre to find warmth and care, where the child can rest and call home. Other than helping the child work towards good academic performance, we hope to help the child with his/her emotional health and develop a good concept of self. We believe that by optimizing the child’s emotional health in a Christian nurturing environment, this can prepare the child to cope better with mental and emotional stressors in his/her growing up years. Play will be adopted as a strategy to enrich the child’s learning journey.
